Patients faced with a cancer diagnosis usually have to reorganise their lives. In a short time they make difficult decisions, set new priorities and plan the next stages of treatment to reach their goal. To do this, they look for information on where and whom to see so that they can arrange a consultation, have tests or an operation without unnecessary delay. For such information to be reliable, it has to come from various sources, including patients who have been through it (e.g. port implantation).
